| Keith Blackwell's practice focuses on complex business litigation. An experienced trial lawyer and appellate practitioner, Mr. Blackwell has litigated commercial disputes, class actions, cases involving business torts and RICO, contract and warranty disputes, product liability lawsuits, securities cases, and consumer fraud lawsuits in both state and federal courts. Before joining the firm, Mr. Blackwell served as an assistant district attorney in Cobb County, Georgia and as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for Judge J.L. Edmondson.
