Pascal Fréchette

After distinguishing himself during his studies by winning awards from both the Dean of Université de Sherbrooke and from the Barreau du Québec, Mr. Fréchette joined the BCF team in 1997. He completed his articling at our firm and has since been working primarily in commercial litigation. He has acquired notable experience in the fields of security/banking law and insolvency, and has given conferences in insolvency and construction law.

Mr. Fréchette is currently completing a masters degree in law at Université de Montréal on the general theory of contracts and unnamed contracts.

He has been an academic partner at BCF since October 2004, and is a junior lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke.
