Arnold C. Moore, Jr., an Atlanta native, is of counsel in the firm's real estate group and the firm's commercial lending group. Mr. Moore represents developers and owners in all phases of commercial real estate including acquisitions, developments, financings, dispositions and tax-free exchanges. He represents lenders ranging in size from community banks to national institutions in commercial real estate lending, conduit lending and purchases and sales of loan portfolios. Mr. Moore also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing.

He has handled transactions involving a wide variety of projects across the United States including apartment complexes, office buildings, office parks, mixed use developments, retail centers, hotels, resort residential developments, golf courses, subdivision developments and industrial buildings.

Before becoming a real estate, lending and leasing lawyer, Mr. Moore practiced commercial litigation for 7 years.
