David practices in the areas of business organizations and transactions, tax, and mergers and acquisitions law. As senior partner of PKR&G's Corporate Law team, Mr. Gotlieb works closely with his clients to advise and counsel them on matters that impact their businesses. Because many of the businesses of the clients that David works with are privately-held or family-owned and operated, and range in size from large to small, he works with each client to craft custom solutions to their businesses' unique needs.
