BiographyBorn in Abington, Pennsylvania in 1962, Greg has been practicing law for 20 years and has spent his entire career at Johnston, Allison & Hord. He is known throughout North Carolina for his representation of construction companies and developers and for commercial litigation. Greg is also highly regarded for his work on complex OSHA citations and the litigation and resolution of those matters. Greg also practices in the area of business litigation. He represents clients in shareholder disputes, real estate claims, covenants not to complete and other complex business and contract related disputes. Representative Work- Represents companies and individuals in civil and commercial litigation including breach of contract actions, covenants not to compete, real property disputes, shareholder disputes, business torts, Lantham Act claims, UCC matters, administrative hearing and defense of OSHA citations.
- Represents contractors, owners, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties in construction litigation, mediation and arbitration.
- Advises and represents contractors, owners, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties regarding licensing, bid protests, OSHA, contract negotiations, mechanics' liens, payment and performance bond claims, construction defects, mold claims, construction loan issues and claims and disputes.
- Serves as Mediator and Arbitrator of disputes and civil actions.
