- Represent regional grocery store chain in tenant lease negotiations with developer/landlords for projects located in MD, VA, NC, SC, TN and FL
- Represent developer of neighborhood, grocery-anchored shopping centers (including outparcels) and family lifestyle centers throughout Southeastern U.S. (MD, VA, NC, SC, GA)
- Represent developer of retail/residential entertainment complex in downtown area, as well as residential, multi-family lakefront subdivision
