Trade-mark Agent
Frédéric Dionne joined BCF as a Trade-mark Agent. Frédéric is responsible for the management and supervision of national and international trade-mark portfolios as well as for the development of Canadian and international filing strategies.
Before joining our Intellectual Property team, Frédéric spent more than six years at Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. He developed a Canadian and American trade-mark expertise as well as one within the European community.
Frédéric's practice extends from the filing of opposition and expungement proceedings to drafting opinions in connection with the registrability and availability of trade-marks. |
