Bar Admission Pascale practises business law primarily in private financing. As such, she drafts and negotiates documentation setting up various types of financing involving one or more lenders, and the creation of security in Quebec and abroad. She is also involved in various transactions for the purchase and sale of businesses. In addition, before joining the firm, she worked as in-house counsel for a large international company in which she participated in negotiating and implementing commercial contracts of all kinds, such as outsourcing agreements and joint venture contracts, both in Quebec and in foreign jurisdictions, as well as various contracts concerning product development and the transfer of technology. |
