Kevin practices in the areas of employment advice, employment litigation, real estate litigation and commercial law. Mr. Coan counsels and works closely with human resources professionals on a daily basis regarding employment law issues nationwide, including employee leave laws, harassment investigations, wage and hour issues and audits, ADA accommodations, terminations, drug and alcohol testing, drafting and updating employee handbooks, drafting employment and separation agreements and other employment-related issues. In addition to providing regular employer advice, Kevin handles employment, real estate and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and defends administrative claims before local, state and federal agencies throughout the country.
