Peter Kemp specialises in information technology, the establishment, merger, acquisition and restructuring of corporations, and general commercial law.  Peter worked for several years as in-house counsel to two large, leading ICT companies listed on the JSE Securities Exchange of South Africa and in such capacity held the responsibility for several cross border transactions mostly into or out of the United Kingdom and other African countries.

He has been involved in most types of transactions within his areas of specialisation and regards himself as a provider of pragmatic solutions for clients.
