Meredith is an Associate at BrazeauSeller.LLP, and practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law with a focus on transactional work.  Meredith has a broad range of experience in commercial real estate (purchases, sales and mortgages), incorporations and reorganizations, franchising, acquisitions and sales, professional corporations, leasing and financings.

Meredith has presented at the Ottawa Talent Initiative and frequently takes part in consultations at the OCRI Entrepreneurship Centre.  Meredith was involved in a student summer company mentoring program and worked with young entrepreneurs to assist with legal matters that arose during he start-up phase of their business.

Meredith is a member of the Ontario Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, the County of Carleton Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
