| Kimberly Bacher is an associate in the firm?s Bankruptcy Group. Ms. Bacher is admitted to practice in Illinois. She received her law degree in 2005, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as the Business Law Brief Senior Editor and was a recipient of the Walter Chandler American Inn of Court Scholarship. She received her B.A. in 2001 from the University of Vermont. Ms. Bacher is a former law clerk for the Honorable Jack B.
