Ms. Herber is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. Her areas of concentration include commercial litigation and IP litigation. Ms. Herber has trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Ms. Herber has represented clients in matters involving:
§ commercial lease disputes § anti-spam litigation § copyright and trademark infringement § trade secret misappropriation
Ms. Herber has also represented insureds in premises liability, professional liability, unfair debt collection, and auto tort cases.
Ms. Herber is a member of the Board of Directors of Movable Feast and the Board of Advisors of Maryland Public Interest Law Project. She also serves as Vice Chair of CARES Committee.
After graduating from University of Maryland School of Law, Ms. Herber served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Arrie W. Davis of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. She is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. |
