| Law Practice Roger Watts is the leader of the Transportation Focus Group. He practices exclusively in civil litigation. He has appeared at trial before the Federal Court of Canada and the B.C. Supreme and Provincial Courts, as well as at the appellate level before the B.C. Court of Appeal. Mr. Watts has represented plaintiffs, defendants and insurance interests in a number of personal injury and casualty cases, including motor vehicle litigation, marine casualties, aviation casualties and occupiers? liability cases. He has also acted for a number of marine underwriters and other clients in other maritime law matters such as cargo loss cases, ship collisions, fire losses, ship and sistership arrest, ships? mortgages, and marine insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Watts? experience in aviation loss claims include product liability issues, class action claims and personal injury/death claims relating to small aircraft and helicopter crashes.
