Lynn practices in the areas of business and commercial law, e-commerce law, trade-mark law and commercial litigation. Lynn has experience in drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, including share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, various commercial real estate documents and other commercial agreements. Lynn also has extensive experience in commercial litigation matters and has represented clients at various levels of court. The broad nature of Lynn's practice enables her to service her clients in a wide array of commercial matters.
