Philip A. Vickers joined Cantey Hanger's general litigation practice group in 2007 after having served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael H. Schneider of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas from 2005 to 2007. Mr Vickers received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2005 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Review of Law & Politics. While in law school, Vickers served as a judicial intern for the Texas Supreme Court and as a law clerk of rthe United States Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Property Rights. A native of the Texas Hill Country, Vickers received his undergraduate degree in Political Economy in 2002 from Hillsdale College in Michigan. Practice Areas:
