        Charles Greenough is a 1987 graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Law, where he graduated first in his class and was member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Greenough's practice focuses on representing businesses in mergers and acquisitions, other business transactions, and commercial litigation, primarily in the aviation, communications, and energy industries. He also has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of loan documentation, workouts, and related litigation, including bankruptcy matters.  He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Banking Law.
