Charles Kantor has been involved in a number of significant transactions, amongst others: - Listing of Dimension Data Holdings plc on the London Stock Exchange and Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The transaction value was ZAR53.2 billion. - Subscription by VenFin Limited of a US$100 million seven year unsecured convertible bond issued by Dimension Data. - Acquisition by Dimension Data of the businesses constituting Comparex Networks, a leading European networking business, from Comparex Holdings Limited. The transaction value was US$2.3 billion. - Acquisition by Dimension Data of the Nedcor interests in Dimension Data's non- South African subsidiaries. The transaction value was ZAR8.696 million. - Acquisition by SAB Miller (through its wholly owned subsidiary, Other Beverage Interests (Pty) Ltd) of the remaining 26.5% of the entire issued share capital of Amalgamated Beverage Industries Limited ("ABI") from the minority ABI shareholders.
