Mr. Henderson received a B.S. degree in Engineering Mathematics from North Carolina State University in 1960 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1964. His practice focuses on several primary business areas. They are commercial finance, retail modular housing problems and litigation, commercial litigation and security matters. Mr. Henderson is an arbitrator for the NASD and the New York Stock Exchange, and has handled many such securities arbitrations. He has acted as Chairperson of a significant number of panels that he has sat upon. He formerly was a Judge of the Superior Court and because of his experience as a Judge he has extensive experience in commercial litigation. His corporate experience includes all aspects of corporate formation, including LLCs.
