My role as senior partner is to advise our international clients on the many legal, political and regulatory issues which could impact on their projects, providing essential perspective on local and political circumstances in the context of international expertise. The close relationships with influential members of the business, governmental and legal communities I maintain compose a network of contacts which greatly facilitates and expedites action.

I advise our clients on how to structure their projects insofar as preparing, documenting and negotiating agreements, contracts and financing arrangements. Our firm has conducted many due diligence evaluations. Our involvement in negotiations on major capitalization transactions, including the acquisition of the shares and/or assets of target companies, was conducted under my supervision. In International Trade, we provide counsel on customs issues such as tariff classification, quotas, assessment of imported and exported goods and international requirements for exports. We represent local corporations, private individuals, banking institutions and transnational companies.
