| Diane Wagner Katzen, a member of the firm since 1984, maintains a civil and trial practice in state and federal courts, with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation, employment-related litigation, business torts, liability of business professionals and general negligence.Ms. Katzen received a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. Ms. Katzen graduated, cum laude, from Boston University in 1980, where she was a member of Pi Kappa Lambda, the Honorary Music Society. In 1984, she received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Board Member of Law Review. Ms. Katzen is a Florida Supreme Court certified Civil Mediator, a member of The Florida Bar, The American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association and a past member of the Civil Rules Committee of The Florida Bar. She is a Director of the National Council of Jewish Women/Greater Miami Section and a Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Temple Beth Sholom. She is a past member of the Executive Board of the Commerce and Professions Division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and a past member of the Young Leadership Council. Previously, Ms. Katzen served on the Cultural Action Committee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Miami, the Development Committee of the Miami City Ballet, and the Support Group for the New World Symphony.
