Joan S. Murphy is a member of the Firm's Health Insurance Department. Ms. Murphy joined the Firm in 2001 after a 17-year career with Empire BlueCross BlueShield, most recently as Assistant Vice President and Associate Counsel. She is a member of the Albany County and New York State Bar Associations.
