Mr. Robinson received his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1983 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1986.  He served as a law clerk for United States District Judge G. Ross Anderson, Jr., in 1986-87.  He has served as chairman of the South Carolina Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and the Richland County Bar Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution.  He has been certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Supreme Court Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification, by the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and by the South Carolina Council for Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.  He has been a continuing legal education speaker on litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  Mr. Robinson is an officer of Eastminister Presbyterian Church and a director of Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity. 

His practice is concentrated in litigation involving employment, professional negligence and commercial disputes.  He also serves as a mediator in all types of civil litigation.

He has worked as a corporate trainer for prevention of employment related harassment.  His work includes consultation with management on compliance with federal law, establishing and enforcing policies, and dispute resolution.
