Mr. Taylor received his A.B. degree in history in 1960 and his LL.B in 1963 from the University of South Carolina. He practices in the areas of real estate and corporate law including commercial finance and consumer credit finance matters. Mr. Taylor represents a public housing authority, a public service recreation district and a zoological park district. He has served as a lecturer on real estate topics for the Palmetto Land Title Association, the Real Estate Section of the Richland County Bar Association, the Real Estate Section of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Supreme Court School for Probate Judges. He is a member of the Richland County and South Carolina bar associations.
