I am member of the board of directors of three Swiss banks. A major part of my work consists in advising several Swiss banks with regard to regulatory, capital markets and commercial matters as well as representing the banks in bank related litigation. I have also acted as counsel for banks in bank merger transactions and capital restructurings and in the foundation/establishment of Swiss banks. Besides my experience in bank related matters and securities laws matters, I have advised clients and tried cases involving such different issues as director's and officer's liability, wrongful termination of employment contracts, acts of unfair competition and trade mark violation and the challenging of wills.
