I'm known as a general commercial and corporate lawyer with a substantial practice in international investment transactions, including project structuring on behalf of foreign clients. I have represented several major international oil companies where I can use my expertise in oil and gas law, as well as my knowledge of licensing and natural recourses law. One of my favorite clients is among the largest brewing companies in the world. We helped to acquire the brewery premises in Russia, complete the construction, obtain all necessary approvals and start to produce and sell the best quality beer.
