Stephan H. Geisler

Mr. Geisler is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received both his law degree and Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. Mr. Geisler concentrates his practice in the area of corporate law.  Mr. Geisler has represented banks, corporations, Canadian crown corporations and provincial governments in a broad range of transactions including foreign debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions involving multinational corporations, and bank-exempt and cross-border securities offerings.  Mr. Geisler also represents start-up corporations in a wide variety of matters.  In addition, Mr. Geisler has extensive experience in government contracts from bid to project completion, including contract terminations for convenience and default.
