Antoine ARMINJON advises medium and large size companies and assists them in case of litigation, in particular in the domain of trade law, distribution and corporate law.
His principal fields of expertise are contract negotiation and drafting (representation, distribution, cooperation and subcontracting, partnership and joint-venture, industrial technology transfer), as well as advice and assistance in case of litigation, in the domain of contract- modification and/or breach. He also assists his clients in the drafting of shareholders agreements, business transfer contracts, share transfer contracts, negotiation and assistance to trade companies.
Antoine started his career in 1985 by joining the Parisian law firm Baudel, Salès, Vincent & Georges. Then, after spending two years in the law firm of Mr Soulier in Lyon (in the field of trade litigation settlement), he joined Bignon Lebray & Associés in 1991 and opened his office of Lyon.
