Jacques GOYET practices in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring and corporate finance, for quoted and unquoted companies.
He advises private shareholders, investment companies and industrial businesses.
His activity also covers contentious matters relating to business transfers, such as enforcement of warranties or shareholders, agreements, as well as disputes concerning the running of companies (court expert proceedings in favour of minority shareholders, actions for dissolution, actions to invalidate decisions made in relation to companies).
He has developed specific expertise in the areas of tourism, hotels and restaurants and transport of passengers by land and air.
Jacques Goyet graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d'Administration des Entreprises de Rouen in 1982.
He is also the holder of a Masters degree in Law from the University of Paris II and a DEA in Droit Communautaire et Européen from the University of Paris I. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1985. Born 3 January 1960
