He has also handled cases related to construction of schools. Mr. Perk is experienced at handling matters related to construction claims including poor workmanship, delay claims, work not performed and additional costs. General Commercial Litigation and Real Estate LitigationMr. Perk has a diverse litigation practice and regularly handles a wide variety of general commercial and real estate cases at the trial and appellate levels, in state and federal courts in Michigan.
