- Represented the Board of Directors of a comapny which is listed at the Swiss Stock Exchange in the content of an unfriendly takeover
- Various M & A transactions; various MBO transactions
- Represented various issuers for IPO at the SWX Swiss Stock Exchange
- Represented various issuers for IPO at the BX Berne Exchange
- Representation of several Private Equity Investment funds
