| Alicia Oliver practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property. She regularly handles the prosecution of trademark and service mark applications before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as prosecution and defense of Opposition and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
