Bruce C. Bailey

Bruce Bailey concentrates his practice in business bankruptcy, media and libel law, and litigation.  He is certified as a Business Bankruptcy specialist by the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization of the Tennessee Supreme Court.  He has also been active as a mediator and arbitrator.  Bruce is licensed to practice in all state courts in Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, and Texas, as well as numerous Federal District Courts in those states, the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Bailey has been active in pro bono work, and is a former winner of the Tennessee Bar Association Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year.   He is presently the Chair of the Southeast Tennessee Legal Services Board of Directors.
