Bud Jackson engages in a general litigation, product liability, media law, and commercial practice. In the last twelve months, Mr. Jackson has tried three commercial litigation cases, all resulting in defense verdicts.  He has also successfully handled two appellate cases involving media access.

Mr. Jackson has been named in The Best Lawyers in America - Media Law.  He was the recipient of the Augustine John McDonough Law Review Prize and was also awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice, Legal Research and Writing and Bankruptcy.  He was also a finalist for the 2004 Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year Award.
