| Mr. Turner concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial finance, acquisitions, health care and general business law and is the practice group leader for the firm?s Business Group. He has represented a number of lenders in a variety of financing transactions including banks, mezzanine lenders and venture capital companies. He has also represented both sellers and purchasers in acquisitions including hospitals, manufacturers, mining companies and health care entities. In connection with his transactional experience, Mr. Turner has advised clients with respect to real estate and corporate law, commercial lending, and health care regulatory issues.
