Upon graduation, Suess was the youngest graduate to complete Pepperdine University's JD/MBA program and completed the four year program in three years.

Suess is a principal of ROAR, a film and television production and talent management company. Suess is a member of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization of Greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire. In 2004, 2005, and 2006. Suess was listed as a "Super Lawyer" by Los Angeles Magazine and Law & Politics. In March of 1998 Suess was recognized in the Los Angeles Business Journal as being one of LA ' s Top Twenty-Somethings. In Fall of 2001, Suess was featured in a cover story in Pepperdine University ' s Pepperdine People as a leader in both philanthropic and business endeavors in the Los Angeles community.
