| Johan Jacobs has many years of experience in commercial property transfers, sectional title transfers, conventional property transfers and related registrations and is permanently involved in township development and planning. Johan acts for both financial institutions and property developers, and has been a member of the preferred panel of ABSA attorneys for approximately 25 years. In January 2005 he lodged one of the largest batches of sectional title deeds in the Pretoria Deeds office: 648 deeds to the value of ZAR200 million.
