| Virginia A. Bell is chairperson of Maslon's Real Estate Litigation group. Ginny represents corporate and individual landowners and governmental entities in eminent domain proceedings, real estate tax disputes, disputes about leases, liens, easements, purchase agreements, zoning, assessments, property management agreements, development agreements, partnership agreements and other real estate matters. Ginny also represents financial institutions in mortgage foreclosures, real estate workouts and restructurings and lender liability suits. Ginny represents large and small companies in contract disputes and disputes between owners. Ginny also provides legal assistance to children and families, through the Childrens' Law Center of Minnesota.
