Constance H. Weber is a member of Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC where she practices primarily in the area of Employment Law. She is also a member of the firm's Insurance/Litigation, Nursing Home, Aternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial, and Health Care Practice Groups.  As part of her practice, Ms. Weber regularly advises West Virginia employers as to the implementation of employment policies and procedures as well as their application to specific personnel related issues. She frequently addresses employers as well as other members of the West Virginia bar on such topics as employee selection and termination, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and wage and hour laws. She has tried several discrimination cases on behalf of employers in West Virginia in the various counties located throughout the state as well as before state and federal agencies.

Ms. Weber received her bachelor's degree from Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina, and her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and the Defense Research Institute. Ms. Weber serves on the Defense Trial Counselís Employment Law Committee, the West Virginia Chamber of Commerceís Human Resources Committee and the Meritas Labor and Employment Section. Ms. Weber is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Additionally, Ms. Weber is the Metro Valley Chapter commissioner for the Gabriel Project of West Virginia, Inc. and serves as a board member for Kanawha-Charleston Soccer Foundation, Inc.
