She advises companies within the framework of their contracts, drafting, notably in the fields of distribution, partnership, services provision, licenses, mandates.

She helps her clients within the framework of their commercialisation techniques setting up (in particular : distribution networks, sales promotion, products regulations, advertising, door to door selling / telesales, sales), and advises them in the field of competition law application, and in particular concerning tariff openness (general sales conditions, particular sales conditions, commercial cooperation, tariff customs, invoicing rules), restrictive practices (at a loss resale, discriminatory practices, abusive dependence, withdrawal from sale, brutal breech), unfair competition and anti-competition practices (agreements, abusive dominating position).

She also advises her clients within the framework of merger operations notification.
Within our litigation department, she acts in above-mentioned domains, and in case of proceedings following to DGCCRF investigations.
