| Mr. Ponzoli has been involved with a diverse caseload, including commercial litigation, complex tort litigation, contract litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, condominium and homeowners association lawsuits, employment and housing discrimination, personal injury litigation, legal and medical malpractice litigation, class action litigation, constitutional law, attorney fee litigation, software development and functionality litigation, and appellate practice. Mr. Ponzoli graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in May of 1997. He did his undergraduate studies at Lafayette College, graduating magna cum laude with departmental honors in government and law. Mr. Ponzoli is actively involved with the Florida Bar, serving as an elected member to the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. As a member of the Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, Ron has chaired the Quality of Life Committee, the Budget Committee and the Moot Court Committee, and has served as a CLE Program Chair. He has also served on the Governmental Affairs Committee, the Local Bar Affiliates Committee, and the Long Range Planning Committee. Ron is an emeritus member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inns of Court LIV and is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Mr. Ponzoli is a member of Leadership West Palm Beach. Mr. Ponzoli was published in the October 2004 Florida Bar Journal for his article: A Rock Solid Foundation for the Wall of Separation Between Church and State In Employment Decisions Concerning Clergy. Mr. Ponzoli is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Southern District. Mr. Ponzoli has achieved an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating possible regarding legal ability and professional ethics.
