Tracey Epp is a partner who practices primarily in labour and employment law. She played a pivotal role in the bargaining unit restructuring of Manitoba's health care sector. Tracey provides employers with day to day advice, appears before labour arbitrators, labour boards, administrative tribunals and the courts as well as drafting and negotiating collective agreements and employment contracts. Tracey has been successful in earning the respect of labour as well as her management clients by her practical approach to achieving win-win solutions in a field that is often frustrated by an atmosphere of confrontation. Tracey has served as a sessional lecturer in employment law for the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba and business law at Red River Community College. She conducts and participates in seminars and talks for numerous professional and industrial groups and is a contributing writer to numerous texts, periodicals and newsletters. Tracey currently sits on The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce Labour Legislation Committee and has chaired its Employment Standards Code Sub-Committee. She was recently appointed to The Manitoba Department of Labour and Immigration Minimum Wage Board.
