Catherine Howden works with Pitblado's Litigation Group practicing commercial litigation. She routinely deals with the enforcement of creditors' rights as well as insolvency and restructuring matters from both a debtor and creditor point of view. Catherine is also is a strong resource for employment and labour matters and helps Pitblado's clients to resolve, through litigation or alternate dispute resolution, contractual and other business disputes. Catherine has lectured on employment law at the University of Manitoba MBA Program and has provided a number of professional seminars on labour and employment topics. Catherine formerly served as honourary legal counsel and sat on the Board of Directors of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Manitoba Division.
