Mr. Quigley is a graduate of Indiana University (with highest distinctions) and Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington (cum laude). While in law school, Mr. Quigley served on the Sherman Minton Moot Court Board. Mr. Quigley's legal practice is devoted primarily to commercial litigation. Many of Mr. Quigley's cases involve product liability, employment, contract, construction, real estate, health care, and banking issues. Mr. Quigley represents clients both in federal and state courts. He has first chair trial experience. He has also been involved in several multi-million dollar litigation cases which have been litigated before arbitration panels. Mr. Quigley defends clients in product liability cases involving products such as tires and roofing material. He represents clients in preliminary injunction proceedings regarding issues such as the disclosure of trade secrets and the violation of covenants not to compete. In addition, Mr. Quigley represents several banks in lender liability litigation involving issues such as check conversion and forgery. Finally, Mr. Quigley has litigated multiple commercial eviction matters. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Quigley served as a computer analyst with the largest consulting firm in the United States where he specialized in Change Management Consulting.
