Bill is a leading litigation and compensation solicitor in the ACT and surrounding NSW region, with almost 30 years experience representing clients in all Courts and Tribunals. His compensation practice deals broadly with issues such as industrial accidents, transport accidents and consumer claims, medical and professional service cases, and advocacy. Bill works closely with a number of community groups from non-English speaking backgrounds, and is highly regarded for his ability to understand and communicate the many issues involved in complex and often difficult matters. Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and joined with the firm in 1976. From 1994 to 1997 he was Managing Partner of Snedden Hall & Gallop. Bill has achieved notable success in cases which established new Law in his areas of practice, including Family Law, property rights, medical negligence, aircraft accidents and Trusts. He is actively involved in many community activities, especially Rotary International, and is noted for his practical and friendly approach to client service.
