| Gerald has over twenty years of legal experience, most of which has been as a Partner with Snedden Hall & Gallop, and has built a successful practice in commercial leasing, business transactions, property developments, business ventures and structures, insolvency, insurance matters, and uniquely, business migration. His experience and knowledge extends into industries such as property and construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, information technology and education. He is in charge of the Property and Mortgage section that deals with hundreds of property transactions, conveyancing and enquiries throughout the ACT and Regional NSW. As a Registered Migration Agent in Australia, Gerald assists clients in obtaining permanent and temporary business, skilled, residential and student visas and enjoys a strong client base from China, the middle east and several parts of Europe. Many will often retain Gerald for ongoing advice with their business matters. He is also fluent in Spanish and French.
