Greg's practice is concentrated in the defense of medical malpractice, product liability, police negligence and §§ 1983 Civil Rights Actions, as well as will and trust contests, and general civil litigation. He has extensive jury trial experience, including defense of physician and hospital malpractice, product liability, police misconduct, premises liability, negligent hiring and supervision, sexual battery, real estate condemnation/valuation, mental inquest/disability, and contracts, as well as plaintiff's personal injury and business fraud. Greg has served as the head of the Litigation Department at Ogden Newell & Welch PLLC since 2000. Greg is a frequent lecturer on topics pertinent to civil litigation and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, teaching a course in "The Law of Medical Malpractice."
