Mark R. Wenzel

A graduate of Purdue University and Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Indiana Law Review (1980-81), Mr. Wenzel concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial law. He is a member of the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group and is also a member of its Litigation, Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Groups. Mr. Wenzel has represented creditors, debtors and investors in creditor/debtor litigation and in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States. He is admitted to practice in Indiana state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
