Julia A. Carpenter

Ms. Carpenter devotes her practice primarily to commercial lending, banking, real estate, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, construction lending, letters of credit, leveraged acquisitions, real estate financings, and subordinated financings. Ms. Carpenter is a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Repertory Theatre, the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the House Board of Mu Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Butler University, and a member of the Auxiliary to the Children's Bureau of Indiana, Inc.  Ms. Carpenter graduated in 1985 from Butler University with a degree in Business Administration.  In 1988, she graduated from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.
