Donald A. Lepp earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Oklahoma in 1990. Mr. Lepp earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 1993, where he served as a Contributing Editor on the Michigan Journal of International Law and was active in moot court. After clerking with the Michigan Court of Appeals, Mr. Lepp returned to Oklahoma to work in private practice where he has broad range of experience in civil litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Lepp has tried cases in federal and state courts across Oklahoma. In addition, he has represented small and large clients in complex business transactions and general business law. Mr. Lepp is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Oklahoma, as well as the state courts of Michigan and the federal court for the Western District of Michigan.
